What areas do you serve?
We serve Fort Myers and surrounding areas, including Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Naples, North Port, Port Charlotte, and La Belle.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, ZI TORBETT Cleaning Services is fully licensed and insured for your peace of mind.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Many of our clients trust us with a key or provide access instructions. We’ll work with whatever makes you most comfortable.
Do you provide your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, we bring all necessary cleaning products and equipment. If you prefer we use your products, just let us know.
Services & Pricing
What services do you offer?
We offer house cleaning, deep cleaning, move in/out cleaning, apartment cleaning, Airbnb cleaning, office cleaning, and post construction cleanup.
How much does cleaning cost?
Pricing depends on the size of your home and the type of cleaning you need. Contact us for a free, no-obligation estimate.
Do you offer discounts for regular cleanings?
Yes, we offer discounted rates for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring cleanings.
What's included in a deep cleaning?
Deep cleaning includes baseboards, blinds, inside cabinets, behind appliances, and other areas not covered in a standard cleaning.
Scheduling & Appointments
How do I schedule a cleaning?
You can book online for regular cleaning, deep cleaning, and move in/out services. For all other services, just call or fill out our contact form.
What are your hours?
We’re available Monday through Saturday from 6am to 10pm, and Sunday we’re closed.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 days in advance, but we often accommodate last-minute requests when possible.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll be happy to adjust your appointment at no charge.
What to Expect
How do I prepare for my cleaning?
Just pick up any clutter like clothes, toys, or dishes. We’ll handle the rest.
Do you move furniture?
We move lightweight furniture to clean underneath, but we don’t move heavy or oversized pieces for safety reasons.
What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If something isn’t right, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
Are your cleaning products safe for pets and kids?
Yes, we offer eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning options that are safe for the whole family, including pets.
